Welcome to GAMO Solutions Group (“GSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GAMO Solutions Group website, communications, digital resources, consulting services, and other services offered by GSG.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing services, or entering into an engagement with GSG, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

GAMO Solutions Group is a professional consulting company providing business solutions and support services to businesses, organizations, government-related contractors, nonprofit organizations, and other clients.

Depending on the engagement, GSG services may include business consulting, staffing and workforce solutions, administrative support, project support, social media and marketing services, government contracting support, business development, strategic planning, and related professional services.

Specific services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, contract, invoice, or other written agreement between GSG and the client.

You agree to use the GSG website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or data;
• Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
• Use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purposes;
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected GSG content without authorization;

A professional engagement with GSG may require a separate written agreement.

Where a signed agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written contract conflicts with these general Terms, the terms of the specific written agreement will control with respect to that engagement.

Prices displayed or discussed through the website may be estimates unless expressly identified as fixed pricing.

Final fees may depend on the scope, complexity, duration, staffing requirements, deliverables, and other requirements of the engagement.

Payment terms will be identified in the applicable proposal, contract, statement of work, or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients are responsible for paying invoices by their stated due dates;
• Deposits or retainers may be required before work begins;
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges; and
• GSG may suspend services when an account becomes materially past due, subject to applicable law and the governing client agreement.

Applicable taxes, governmental charges, processing fees, travel expenses, or approved project expenses may be charged when permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Cancellation, termination, and refund rights may vary according to the service purchased.

When a separate service agreement establishes cancellation or refund terms, that agreement will control.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for work already performed, completed deliverables, incurred expenses, or nonrecoverable third-party costs are generally nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Clients agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information necessary for GSG to perform the requested services.

Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables, providing requested approvals and feedback, meeting agreed deadlines, and ensuring that materials supplied to GSG may lawfully be used for the engagement.

Delays in receiving required information, approvals, access, or materials may affect project timelines.

GSG works to provide professional services consistent with the scope of each engagement. However, business and commercial results depend on many circumstances outside GSG’s control.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement, GSG does not guarantee any particular level of revenue, profit, sales, financing, contracts, customers, employment placements, government awards, certifications, social-media performance, business growth, or other commercial outcome.

Clients remain responsible for their own business and operational decisions.

When GSG assists clients with government contracting, procurement opportunities, registrations, certifications, proposals, or related business-development activities, GSG does not guarantee that a client will receive a certification, contract award, subcontract, grant, financing, or other governmental or commercial opportunity.

Final eligibility and award decisions are made by the applicable government agency, contracting authority, prime contractor, certification body, lender, or other responsible organization.

Where GSG provides staffing, recruiting, workforce, or human-capital services, additional terms may apply.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, GSG does not guarantee that a particular candidate will be hired, that a position will remain available, or that any employment relationship will continue for a particular period.

Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions and employment obligations except to the extent a written agreement specifically assigns responsibilities to GSG.

Unless otherwise stated, the GSG website and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, business materials, downloadable resources, and other proprietary materials—are owned by or licensed to GAMO Solutions Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, distribute, license, or commercially exploit GSG intellectual property without prior written authorization.

Ownership and usage rights for custom client deliverables will be governed by the applicable client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, GSG retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, processes, templates, tools, know-how, and proprietary systems.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to GSG unless otherwise agreed.

By providing materials to GSG for an engagement, the client represents that it has the legal right to provide and authorize GSG to use those materials for the purpose of performing the contracted services.

GSG recognizes that clients may provide confidential or proprietary business information during an engagement.

When applicable, GSG will handle confidential information according to the applicable service agreement, nondisclosure agreement, privacy policy, and legal obligations.

Clients should not submit highly sensitive information through unsecured website forms or ordinary email unless specifically instructed to do so.

Information collected through the GSG website is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy should explain the categories of information we collect, why we collect it, how it may be used or disclosed, how long it may be retained, and the rights available to individuals where required by law.

Our website or services may reference or integrate third-party websites, software, platforms, payment processors, social-media services, government websites, or other resources.

GSG does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, privacy practices, policies, or independent actions.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms established by those providers.

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue portions of our website or online services at any time.

Although we work to maintain reliable services, we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, security vulnerability, or technical error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the GSG website and general website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

GSG makes no warranty that general website information will be suitable for every business situation.

Unless expressly included within a professional engagement, information provided through the website should not be treated as individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals when such advice is required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GSG and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.

Any additional limitation of liability applicable to professional services may be established in the governing service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSG and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or materials you provide to GSG that infringe the rights of another person.

This provision does not require indemnification for matters for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

GSG may suspend or terminate website access or services when permitted by an applicable agreement or law, including for material breach, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, misuse of GSG systems, or conduct that creates a material security or operational risk.

Termination of professional services will also be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, confidentiality, payment, limitation-of-liability, and dispute provisions—will survive as legally appropriate.

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute regarding a specific client engagement may also be subject to the dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable service agreement.

GSG may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the GSG website and services.
